Additional Fees:
- Connection Fee: Applicable on all calls over 120 seconds duration.
- Termination Fee: ?0.19 every 420 seconds.
- Call Completion Fee: Each time you complete a call a charge of ?0.12 is applied.
- Multiple Minutes Charge: 1 minute charge every 7 minutes.
- Mobile Surcharge: A charge of ?0.5/minute applies when placing a call using your mobile phone.

4. Enter the international code and destination number. For a follow-on call enter ###
• If you don't hear a prompt, please hang up and check that you are dialing according
to the instructions.
• If no connection is established within 20 seconds, please hang up and try again.
