When calling from a mobile phone there are normally two parts to the call. The international leg of the call is charged to your phone card. Calling the access number is charged to your mobile phone. If in doubt about this charge please confirm the cost to call the access number with with your mobile phone provider.
Your mobile service provider may charge you for calling the access number Calls made to the 900 toll free access from Telefonica phone booths will yield 25-50% less minutes. The toll-free access (900) can be used from mobile phones, but the following surcharge per minute applies: -Monday to Friday, between 8am and 10pm: add USD 0.78 p/min -Any other time: add USD 0.39 p/min.
