At Bestratescall.com we are resellers of products that
other companies manufacture, and for that reason we are
not able to place a refund or exchange any calling card
that has been used. However, we will be happy to exchange
any unused phone card for a different one of equal value.

the following page you will find the card listings,
sorted from the lowest rating to the highest. |

Once you have selected the card you wish to buy,
click on 'More info' or 'Purchase'. In the following page you
will be able to Add or Remove the calling cards selected.
Finally, when clicking on 'Proceed to Checkout' you
may Review your Shopping Cart, add a coupon code (if
available) and select your Payment Method. Currently
we accept payments with credit or debit cards such
as American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diners and
Discover. You can also pay with PayPal accounts.

purchasing our cards, you will receive an e-mail with
your calling card's PIN, access numbers, dialing instructions
and technical support numbers. |

1) To purchase one of our cards, if you already have
an account with us, we strongly recommend login in first.
If you do not have an account, when clicking on 'Proceed
to checkout' you will be able to create one. Creating
an account is totally free!
2) We actually accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
Amex, Diners and Discover) and charge in US Dollars. We
also accept payments via PayPal (an Ebay company) for
US customers. If you are using a debit card, you should
enter the data as if it were a credit card. In order for
your purchase to be approved, your debit card must have
an expiration date and the possibility to accept charges
in US Dollars. We are working hard to be able to add new
and more flexible payments methods in future.
3) After finishing the Purchasing Process, you will be
shown the result of the order process and you will be
notified of your order status:
Open: In these cases, the order has not been processed
yet. The calling cards have been selected but for some
reason the shopping process has not been correctly finished.
In these cases, your credit card has not been charged
yet, nor will you receive your PIN numbers.
Remember that your purchase will only be registered when
the shopping process is fulfilled and the system displays
a confirmation message on screen. If this is your case,
please retry your purchase or send us an e-mail and one
of our Customer Support Representatives will gladly assist
you finishing your Purchasing Process correctly.
Verification in Process: Once the shopping process
has been correctly fulfilled, and you are a first time
shopper, we may call you to verify your order. Meanwhile,
the order will appear as "Verification in Progress"
and the PIN number will not be sent until the order is
approved.
If you are not a new shopper, the reason for your order
to be in this status is due to the fact you are probably
using a new credit card or due to other exceptional reason.
However, your order will be approved in a matter of minutes
without any need to confirm it by phone.
Approved: In this case, the shopping process has
been correctly fulfilled, your credit card has been charged
and your PIN number has been sent to your e-mail account.
In case you have not received it, you can now see your
PIN's online automatically once the order is approved.
You will be able to see your PIN online at your account
by clicking on 'PIN' at your 'Order History'.
Manual Verification: In these cases, your order
and credit card have been processed. However, your credit
card has been declined by the system. Please note that
this can sometimes happen in online transactions, even
with perfectly good cards.
Please give it one more try, checking you have entered
the correct information, note that your debit card must
have an expiration date and the possibility to accept
charges in US Dollars. You may also try using a different
card, and you'll be able to buy without any problems.
If this is your case, please retry your purchase or send
us an e-mail and one of our Customer Support Representatives
will gladly assist you finishing your Purchasing Process
correctly.
Cancelled: Orders are cancelled for several reasons.
For instance, when we call you to confirm your first order,
you realized that the card you purchased cannot be used
from your country. When the order is cancelled, the PIN
will not be sent and the charges made to the credit card
are declined.
4) When purchasing our cards, you will get an e-mail
with your card's PIN and access numbers, Dialing Instructions
and Technical Support numbers.
You can now see your PIN's online automatically once your
order is approved. You will be able to see your PIN online
at your account by clicking on the approved order at your
'Order History'. This way you won't have to rely on e-mails.
